“We are temporarily not processing returns/exchanges in our stores of: food, paper goods, home cleaning supplies, laundry soap, pharmacy, health & beauty and apparel.

If you need to return any item, including those above, and have a receipt, please start your return on the Walmart app or at It’s easy and may allow you to complete your return without coming to the store.

If you’re not able to return the item online, don’t worry! Once returns reopen for impacted categories, we will be extending the return period by 6 weeks for those items.”

As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow store returns on certain items. For the most up-to-date information, please visit Walmart's Policies and Guidelines website. Returns are available for nearly everything Walmart sells. We recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after purchase. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not Walmart or directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

No No No is a consumer advocacy website that helps consumers file and resolve complaints with Walmart, free of charge.

Our mission is to improve the relationship between businesses and consumers and to advocate for transparency.

If you need to resolve an issue with Walmart Corporate, you can file a public complaint on No No No and we will deliver your complaint to Walmart and ask them to resolve your issue. In return, after you have had your complaint resolved, we will ask you to write a resolution review based on the outcome of the resolution.

The reason we are operating this way is that a) it incentivizes Walmart to resolve your issue and b) your resolution review help other consumers more than 'regular reviews' that do not tell the whole story. It is the outcome that matters, right?
