I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

Home Depot graciously offered me a e-gift card to compensate for my loss. It’s much appreciated because I am presently remodeling my condo.

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

AHS finally agreed the unit could not be repaired and provided a NO cost replacement that was equal to the unit that could not be repaired. I am satisfied but this should have been resolved in two weeks rather than the month that it took.

For over 3 months Uber eats had been telling me that I have a duplicate account and I don’t. For this reason I am not able to work for them as a part time job. They keep telling me they sending it up to escalation department and nothing has been done yet. Please help me with this. Thank you

I ordered $50 worth of custom cupcakes for an office party, and the UberEats driver went to the wrong location, did not call or attempt to deliver my cupcakes, nor did UberEats refund my money. The office surprise party was ruined, and the driver presumably got to keep my cupcakes and my cash. I’m boycotting UberEats / Uber until resolves.

They came with only 4 chicken nuggets and I asked for 5. I was really hungry so please let them know, thank you. Also last time I ate, they messed up my order completely, because I ordered a Popeyes chicken sandwich, and ended up with a cheap knockoff tuna fish salad sandwich.

I ordered and the driver texted me, I asked if they could take the food to another location where my daughter lives, he said ok. I noticed the map still showed he was outside my house. I looked out and he wasn’t there. I let him know I was calling support, he said he was in the phone with them. Next thing I know, the order cancels. I look outside he’s still not there but the map shows he is. I call support and ask just have him drop the food off to me, I’ll take it to the new location myself. The rep at Uber eats tells me to hold, when they come back they tell me the driver discarded the food not even 5 mins after he cancelled. They tell me they won’t refund me or produce a credit. Absolutely ridiculous. I escalated to management who told me to disputed through the app, I received a response the next day that also says I can’t get my money back.

No No No is a consumer advocacy website that helps consumers file and resolve complaints with Uber Eats.
Our mission is to improve the relationship between businesses and consumers and to advocate for transparency.
If you need to resolve an issue with Uber Eats Corporate, you can file a public complaint on No No No and we will deliver your complaint to Uber Eats and ask them to resolve your issue. In return, after you have had your complaint resolved, we will ask you to write a resolution review based on the outcome of the resolution.
The reason we are operating this way is that a) it incentivizes Uber Eats to resolve your issue and b) your resolution review help other consumers more than 'regular reviews' that do not tell the whole story.
It is the outcome that matters, right?
