An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. Thank you NoNoNo for your service.

I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

Home Depot graciously offered me a e-gift card to compensate for my loss. It’s much appreciated because I am presently remodeling my condo.

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

My Powerwall won't connect to the internet so my Tesla storage batteries don't function. This has been going on for months. Tesla finally sent a tech about two weeks ago. He found a bad powerwall connection box. He diagnosed the problem but did not fix anything. I asked him to please escalate the issue. I have'nt heard from Tesla. It is imposible to call anybody and chatting just causes more delays. I am fed up with this situation. Please help.

On August 26, 2021, I ordered a Model Y Tesla and submitted the required deposit of $250. At the time of the order the estimated delivery date was December 2021. Now it is over a year since I place the August 26, 2021 order. Today, Sept 15, 2022, Tesla says the expected delivery date is now December 2022. From placing the order is August 26, 2021 -- TESLA has changed the expected delivery date 5 times from Dec 2021 to March/April 2022 to Sept 2022 and now Dec 2022. My son in law order a Tesla model Y during the same time and received his in 6 months. I've called Tesla over 10 times and been to their store and delivery in Austin Texas, 500 E st Elm Road, Austin 78758 and also at the Domain in Austin and have received the worst customer service. Each time I speak to a customer service rep I get a different story (your delivery is imminent, disregard the expected delivery date). The reps refuse to escalate the complaint! I'm frustrated beyond (the worst customer experience in my 72 years. I need a new car badly...I still want to purchase the car but I am FRUSTRATED BEYOND!

I have moved from FL to NY and therefore need to register my leased Tesla Model Y in NY. I have asked for the documents needed for me to go to NYDMV ( Title and Power of Attorney) 8 weeks ago but Tesla fails to send me the docs. By Law I need to reguster the vehicle within 30 days, and my Insurer also demands the NY registration to continue my Insurance, and I am unable to do both, therefore I cannot use the vehicle but still paying a lease.

I have a 6 mo old Tesla 2022 3LR I leased in March 11, 2022 that I recently took on a long road trip. While driving on I-95 in Self-Autonomous Mode, without warning, the entire car braking system activated, causing the car to go from 75 mph to 25 mph - if any car was behind me, I would have been in a serious accident. I am now afraid to drive my car and I am seriously considering legal action over this known issue, since similar issues have been repo by the Washington Post and are not being investigated by the NTSB (phantom breaking) So Tesla refuses to address or even warn drivers about this serious flaw Additionally, Tesla falsely claims the range of the model 3LR is 330 miles. The actual range (real world) is 230 miles. I believe this is an ongoing deceptive trade practice at Tesla. I have the documentation to prove these findings that the actual driving range is not what Tesla claims I want Tesla to unwind my lease and return my money, otherwise I believe a class action lawsuit will be what Tesla needs to address these issues

I had a collision with my 2017 Tesla S in July 2021.This was my THIRD TESLA, having bought an S in 2014 and an S in 2018. It took 10 months to get my parts because unknown to me at the time my car was towed to my repair shop-I did not know it was an autothrized Tesla collission dealer.Delaire Auto Body. On May 11 2022, my collission repair drove my completed car to Tesla Cherry Hill NJ for a charge problem, software upgrade etc.Delaire did not pick up the car until Friday Morning 5/13/22 at 1029 am. at your Cherry Hill location. I have proof. In June of 2022, NYC sent me a ticker from 5/13/2022 at 701 AM that my car was ticketed at 111th Street in NYC- plenty of time to take a joy ride unauthorized from CH to NYC and back. I dealt with you Manager Mattie Conover who refused to pay the $125 ticket I received citing she had proof the car wasn't driven due to a mileage read she was able to acquire and would not share, from the evening of 5/13/2022. I appealed to the city of NY and was denied. You had the car. It should be your ticket to pay. Not only did I wait 10 months for a car when you clearly had the parts ( I had to involve management of Tesla in Maryland to help me secure them) but now I am saddled with a $125 bill when the car was definately in your possession.

No No No is a consumer advocacy website that helps consumers file and resolve complaints with Tesla.
Our mission is to improve the relationship between businesses and consumers and to advocate for transparency.
If you need to resolve an issue with Tesla Corporate, you can file a public complaint on No No No and we will deliver your complaint to Tesla and ask them to resolve your issue. In return, after you have had your complaint resolved, we will ask you to write a resolution review based on the outcome of the resolution.
The reason we are operating this way is that a) it incentivizes Tesla to resolve your issue and b) your resolution review help other consumers more than 'regular reviews' that do not tell the whole story.
It is the outcome that matters, right?
