Homeowner claims issue

I had a hurricane in sept 2023 cause damage to my home, I filed a claim and from the start it was difficult to get things handled in my home. The claims adjuster were very difficult to deal with which caused me to have to speak to a manger multiple times due to claims workers not answering the phone or handling the issue properly and in a timely fashion. A month or so later I was hit with another storm and told them I’m glad I did get anything fixed because I expressed to them the first time they needed to see where the leak was coming from first before fixing and they I resisted until I called a manager. After getting a window inspector, leak inspector and property inspector to look at home we were able to find the point of entry for the leak and fix that first before fix the damage the water caused from the storm. Due to statefarm making this so difficult and dragging the time out, Servpro informed me there was a price increase due to the original price was given in sept of 2022 which now it’s 2023. We sent in a price increase paper and statEfarm refused to cover the increase cost ( which wouldn’t have had to happen if things were done in a timely fashion and not having me just through hoops to get things done) statefarm only proved some of increased cost. Servpro and me have been trying to get in contact with people and no one has responded. I have not been switched ANOTHER claims worker which is the 4 th time now. I need to speak to someone who has the time to hear my explanation and understand the issue fully and provide the funds to fix the damages so I can finally start construction .
