So far so good. Sears was able to resolve the issues I was having with my orders getting cancelled. I appreciate good customer service and will be shopping with them again.

Signing up with NoNoNo was my last resort and was a little bit leery to be truthful. This started in June and I was contacted by them on a regular basis. I kept him informed what happened every time I called Sears and got a different story each time. He followed up with them and here it is August and finally it seems like Sears will do as they advertise if they can’t fix it they replace it. In my case Sears has no service person in my area so will send a check. Believe it when I see it. Bring without TV for 3 months is pathetic and if it wasn’t for NoNoNo I don’t know where I would be. Would suggest look on line or Facebook and get NoNoNo to get after Sears and insist they live up to their extended maintenance one pays for. They will get the job done. I am forever grateful I went with NoNoNo. Very thankful!

It was quite remarkable how quickly I was contacted by a Sears representative once I contracted with No, No, No (it was hours not days). It was very impressive and I highly recommend this service. No fluff, no scam just results.

It took 7 weeks to resolve but it was finally resolved. It took 2 phone calls. Many emails, and some help from nonono.com. it was turned over to a complaint specialist and the refund was sent after that

A Sears representative sent me an email accepting my dissatisfaction with service and gave me a reduction in the original bill and processed the new amount to my credit card. This process took about a week.

I used No No No to help resolve an issue I had with Sears getting a refund for work not completed or performed. The results was getting a response and the resolution to my problem and Jack stayed in contact with me throughout the entire completion.

I am very pleased with this service and am so grateful I found it online. I had been waiting on a part from Sears since the end of April. Every time I contacted Sears I was blown off or told that they had no idea when I would receive said part. Once I contacted No No No miraculously Sears had the necessary part sent to me via UPS in about 3-4 days. So I am grateful for this service and thank you very much!

No No No very quickly resolved our issue with Sears Home Warranty. They were able to do what we had been trying, unsuccessfully, to do for months. I would definitely recommend them.

An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

In June of this year I called Sears Home Repairs to schedule repairs on my Craftsman Riding Lawnmower. A great Technician came out on July 7 and did a diagnostic on it and a few parts. One part came but the other 2 were on permanent backorder. Everytime I tried to get an update on the parts, they were noted to be on backorder. I called the Service Department and asked if I could find the exact same parts on Amazon, if the would refund me the cost of the parts they couldn't get. I was told that I could do that and I should call when they arrived to schedule the installations. The parts came and I called, was told someone would call to schedule installation withing 72 hours. NO contact. I called again a week later and was assured someone would contact me within 72 hour, NO contact. I called again and again and again. Talked to a different person ( who I could barely understand due to heavy accent). Everytime was told the same thing. Finally, one of them asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I said yes and was assured the refund would be sent withing 7 days. No refund or contact. Called 3 more times to make sure it was cancelled and was told it was and the refund would be coming. I received an email from NSCHelp stating the repair order was never cancelled and I would have to call a different number and cancel it. Called that number and was told it was absolutley cancelled and sent to ADMINISTRATION to process for a refund. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. No contact and no refund. I would greatly appreciate assistance with the order and refund request # 40473048 for $500.41.

I purchased a Refrigerator from your store in Palm Desert California and also purchased the protection plan and have had a great deal of trouble with the unit and have had it replaced twice and still have a lot of trouble with the new one

Purchased $10,000 worth of the vinyl siding and window trim in 2008. My contract states that for first three years, there is no cost for any problems. Now, nine years later, the vinyl siding is looking really bad, falling off, cracking, etc and I need it fixed, but here's the catch...I can't get anyone to answer the darn phone when I call!!!! I got through to one nice woman who found my account, the year I had my siding installed and proceeded to give me the name and number of the woman that I needed to speak with directly. That was 7 weeks ago. I have called, and called, and called, and left message after message. No one ever answers and no one ever calls me back. Is this a SCAM..... Am I ever going to get anyone to answer or even come out to look at my home siding that is falling off. I've been told that it's going to cost me to have someone come out just to look at my home and then after that, any replacement of materials are free but that we get to pay for...THE DARN LABOR!!!! You know that's going to cost a fortune! I just paid $10,000 to have the siding put on just to have it now fall off and you want me to pay for labor again to put it back on!! Are you serious!! I think this is a load of CRAP!! The contract doesn't give any hint of what the consumer will have to pay after the first 3 years. Well, thank you very much!! I appreciate being treated like a piece of dirt after spending my hard earned money to get my house taken care of. Mind you I'm a single mother with one income and trying my best to take care of my home. Do you realize how long it took me to pay for this. I guess I should tell all those other single moms...... DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY SIDING!!! Mine looks SO MUCH WORSE than if I had just left the crappy peeling paint job I had on the house prior to putting siding on it. It's discolored, warped and frayed. DO NOT BUY IT!!! SEARS IS A STRAIGHT BAIT AND SWITCH RIPOFF. They are probably getting kickbacks from the installers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went through a horrific span of events in May with repairs to finally have my refrigerator deemed non repairable. Got authorization to replace so went down to the only Sears store on island and ordered another refrigerator with a scheduled delivery date about 5 weeks out. Delivery day finally comes and upon arrival they notice a part missing and could not deliver. After a bunch of going back and forth, in August with waiting to see if delivery was available since now the store is closing! They had canceled deliveries because the store is closing! I finally placed an order on 9/9/22 with a delivery rate of 9/20/22. Get emails saying delivery is on schedule but never got a window of time the day before like they said to watch for. Call them early on 9/20 and they see the order was canceled! I have asked repeatedly to the warranty dept, a person of contact in Chicago, and our local Sears store to just pay me out so I can go somewhere else who HAS the items in stock and could deliver within a week but they keep saying they have it so they can’t do that. But they DON’T have it since it’s taking so long for delivery!!! I have been without a refrigerator since April!!!

Had a service man come out and look at microwave that is less than 3 years old. All buttons are not responding. He agreed and a new door was ordered. It finally came after inquires. I am now trying to reschedule for door to be placed. I spent 3 days at least 1/2 hour each to try and reschedule. I have been in a loop as your system continually tells me I need to reschedule, I try to do that but unsuccessful. Tried to choose dates but not responding when button is pushed. I am sick and tired of this. Please get a resolve for me. I am feeling Sears has become a huge ripoff.
