Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower

In June of this year I called Sears Home Repairs to schedule repairs on my Craftsman Riding Lawnmower. A great Technician came out on July 7 and did a diagnostic on it and a few parts. One part came but the other 2 were on permanent backorder. Everytime I tried to get an update on the parts, they were noted to be on backorder. I called the Service Department and asked if I could find the exact same parts on Amazon, if the would refund me the cost of the parts they couldn't get. I was told that I could do that and I should call when they arrived to schedule the installations. The parts came and I called, was told someone would call to schedule installation withing 72 hours. NO contact. I called again a week later and was assured someone would contact me within 72 hour, NO contact. I called again and again and again. Talked to a different person ( who I could barely understand due to heavy accent). Everytime was told the same thing. Finally, one of them asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I said yes and was assured the refund would be sent withing 7 days. No refund or contact. Called 3 more times to make sure it was cancelled and was told it was and the refund would be coming. I received an email from NSCHelp stating the repair order was never cancelled and I would have to call a different number and cancel it. Called that number and was told it was absolutley cancelled and sent to ADMINISTRATION to process for a refund. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. No contact and no refund. I would greatly appreciate assistance with the order and refund request # 40473048 for $500.41.

REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD SIDING JOB!!!

Purchased $10,000 worth of the vinyl siding and window trim in 2008. My contract states that for first three years, there is no cost for any problems. Now, nine years later, the vinyl siding is looking really bad, falling off, cracking, etc and I need it fixed, but here's the catch...I can't get anyone to answer the darn phone when I call!!!! I got through to one nice woman who found my account, the year I had my siding installed and proceeded to give me the name and number of the woman that I needed to speak with directly. That was 7 weeks ago. I have called, and called, and called, and left message after message. No one ever answers and no one ever calls me back. Is this a SCAM..... Am I ever going to get anyone to answer or even come out to look at my home siding that is falling off. I've been told that it's going to cost me to have someone come out just to look at my home and then after that, any replacement of materials are free but that we get to pay for...THE DARN LABOR!!!! You know that's going to cost a fortune! I just paid $10,000 to have the siding put on just to have it now fall off and you want me to pay for labor again to put it back on!! Are you serious!! I think this is a load of CRAP!! The contract doesn't give any hint of what the consumer will have to pay after the first 3 years. Well, thank you very much!! I appreciate being treated like a piece of dirt after spending my hard earned money to get my house taken care of. Mind you I'm a single mother with one income and trying my best to take care of my home. Do you realize how long it took me to pay for this. I guess I should tell all those other single moms...... DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY SIDING!!! Mine looks SO MUCH WORSE than if I had just left the crappy peeling paint job I had on the house prior to putting siding on it. It's discolored, warped and frayed. DO NOT BUY IT!!! SEARS IS A STRAIGHT BAIT AND SWITCH RIPOFF. They are probably getting kickbacks from the installers. NEVER AGAIN!!!
