"story": "I was upgraded from copper to fiber optic in July in which I was supposed to have better service. I have the package of internet and tv. My tv service gets interrupted about 4 to 5 time within an hour every hour. I have had a total of literally 10 to 11 technicians come out and can not get this issue fix. I am supposed to have a field manager onsite every time I had a tech over, but on this last visit the manager never answer the call from the tech. Now the tech is saying that I need to rewire my outlet cause I have an open ground and fiber optic needs it. This is frustrating. We have been a loyal customer of AT&T since it was southwestern bell. It would be a shame to discontinue business after all this years ",

Yesterday I shopped for 1 hour in your store and when I got to the register I found out you recently stopped taking mastercard(I say recently as I used mine 2 to 3 months ago at the sparks Nevada location). When I stated I only had my Mastercard with my I said I couldnt pay and went to leave and was asked what the cashier wanted me to do with my items and expected me to go place everything back on the shelf with 2 children. This was at the reno Nevada location. I then called the carson location as I was going there and asked if they took mastercard as I was unsure if this was a reno decision or a new costco as a whole decision to which I was laughed at and asked if the last time I used a mastercard was in the 80s because costco stopped taking mastercard in the 80s and I stated that is inaccurate as I used mine l a couple months ago to which she stated I was wrong and to have a good day. I researched and found you did stop this year. Both ladies at both location were extremely rude and I have never had a bad experience and this was two seperate locations. I shop at Sam's club as well at times and am considering shopping there primarily due to this experience. I know that means little as you serve millions and I am one small person in a small agreeing family. Hopefully this helps inform you in some way. ",

"story": "Went to Kroger's store near us at Lewis Center, Ohio where we normally shop. My Constructive complaint: Went through checkout lane and was checked out by a young man named Christian. Christian didn't even say hi, good morning or etc. Just looked at me. He didn't help bagger pack any groceries for previous customer. Started checking me out. I bought a Dicks gift card ($25 to $500). Christian scanned and didn't even ask me for how much. I had to tell him. Stood there at the register waiting on my receipt. Handed me the receipt and didn't even say a word (Thank you for shopping Kroger's or etc.). Didn't give me a gift receipt for Dick's card. This young person doesn't need to be on a register presenting the image of Kroger's.\nAlso, I called to talk to a manager. Was hung up on the first time. Second time was told there wasn't a manage available but would page someone to help me. Put on hold and no one answered after I waited for 5-10 minutes. Not a very good impression of Kroger's friendly service today. ",

"story": "unfortunately several things. I get several drugs filled at the pharmacy and have one that I get every month. It can only be filled on a certain day but no matter which day I call in for a refill that don't have it in time. The last couple months they have had it in stock but this month they have to order it again. They only order 2 times a week so if you don't get in on an order it may be more days that you are without your prescription. OK so I got a new sleep prescription from my doctor. He ordered 30 tablets. I got 15 tablets and thought why did I get only 15. Well when I needed to refill or I thought I needed a refill but actually the pharmacy only filled half. I was told that my prescription was not available for refill until Sept. I was on the phone so I don't know who I spoke with but 2 times I was told I could not get a refill. I told them I only received 15 how can I not get a refill. I looked at bottle again and it said Qty:15. Then I saw at the bottom of the label that there was .50 refills of 30. It was so frustrating. No one told me when I got the prescription that only half was full. It was just another issue with the pharmacy. While I was writing this I decided to make dinner. Well I had broccoli from Private Selection. half of it was spoiled. I took pictures on my phone but don't know how to transfer them over but I do have the sell by information. January 2021 1939B Q L Mexico. All these issues happened within a 1 week period. I have had issues with this Kroger store before but my frustration level is at it's highest. ",
