"story": "Was tracking a very important package started tracking it on Thursday 1/31 and it stated it would be delivered on Monday 2/4 .figured great I have Monday off work . on friday 2/1 I figured I would check to make sure nothing has changed . And it stated it would be delivered that Friday 2/1 by the end of the day . But even though I took off work to sign for this package. It never showed up . Called fed ex up on Friday they said sorry it should be there Monday . Today 2/2 I checked the tracking info still says it is in Tracy and has been sense 2/1 at 5:50 in the morning . But no estimated delivery so I called back and now I am told I might be able to pick it up on Monday2/4 but that service dose not deliver on mondays . Even though I was told it would and the original tracking info said it was coming on Monday . I am a lot ticked off don’t want a phone call telling me what I want to hear . Just want to know when I will receive my package . Would be great of your company to give me a correct answer and stick with it .",

"story": "I have rented a car from Toronto Pearson International airport on Feb 1. When renting a car at midnight, I clearly stated that I wanted to transfer to Niagara Falls International airport as I had a flight that leaves Niagara Falls International Airport at 2:38a.m. When I got to the airport I learned that there is no Budget representative in this airport. As it was in the middle of the freezing night and already 30 minutes before the flight departure I left the car on the Hertz parking lot and left the keys with Hertz. On Friday Feb 1st in the morning after landing in Florida, I called Budget Niagara Falls and explained the entire situation. We also called Hetrtz with the request to keep the car till the pick up. I was told that the pick-up will be arranged. We followed up on Monday to make sure that the car was picked up safely. I wanted to check the status of my rental and I learned that Budget in Niagara Falls gave this matter to the main office and does not know what is the status. Then I called Budget Pearson International and learned that this is being reviewed, but no action taken. I also called Hertz Niagara Falls International Airport on Tue and confirmed that the car was still seating there and it needed to be picked up. I am extremely worried that this matter has not been yet resolved for 4 days now and that my contract has been open till now without resolution. \r\nThe location of Budget Niagara Falls is probably 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls International Airport. \r\n\r\nI decided to write as I feel we were inconvenienced by lack of proper information at the time of the rental that almost made us miss the plain. We had no way of knowing that the address on the contract is not a airport location. But most of all the handling of the matter afterwards has been very frustrating with no one taking responsibility for the car. I had numerous conversations with Budget representatives at Pearson and in Niagara Falls but nothing has happened and no one follows up on the issue.",
