Pottery Barn did complete the refund approximately 30 days after filing the complaint. I had to speak to so many different people and always received different answers. I honestly would have preferred to have the chairs but they seemed ready to have me go away.

The shipping was refunded in full, which was all I asked for. Im very satisfied.

After almost 3 months, things have been resolved. The entire amount has been refunded. The missing star will magically reappear when my missing time does.
