Jack was awesome from start to finish! I truly felt like finally I had someone working on my behalf to bring some action and resolution to what turned into a nearly 2 year back and forth kitchen refacing job. I 100% know that I would turn to NoNoNo again for any customer service issues that need escalation!

I sent in my complaint to nonono and in less than two hours homedepot had reached out to me by phone email and text Basically begging me to talk to them My complaint was resolved within one day Nonono.com is the number one second to none place to take your complaints and turn them into a big smile on your face Trust me I was very skeptical about nonono.com But not nonono more they do exactly what they say they can do unbelievable but it’s as true as the sun every morning. Nonono.com is my new hero of the year

My issue with Sears was going on 6 months with no resolve in sight....I had ALMOST given up, when I found nonono.com....I was a bit skeptical, but WOW, the issue was resolved within weeks! Great company, super friendly, and cost feasible 😀

My huband and I booked an Airbnb in Tucson AZ for the month of January 2023. On November 23 2022 my husband was hopitalized, and airlifted from a hospital in Minnesota to Fargo ND. It was the only place that had a bed, and could handle his illness. He had contracted Sepsis, and had a Liver abcess. His chances of survival were very slim. During all of this, I made the mistake of calling our host in Tucson. I should have messaged her because of course there is no record of this conversation! I explained our situation, and that I knew we were out of the cancellation/reimbursment window but was there any way that we could recoup our money given the extreme situation. I was told that I could cancel, and if any of the dates ended up being book, she would reimburse us for those days. ( Of course none of this was in writing.) I proceeded to check the listing on a number of occasions, and by January 11, the dates were all booked. I then contacted the host by message wanting to start the reimbursement process. The message I received back was "contact airbnb"???? She told airbnb the dates were not booked, and that she would not reimburse us our $4679.13. I feel like I was scammed by the host,and taken advantage of during the most tramatic time in our lives. I contacted airbnb numerous times, and was given the run around. It wasn't until my husband ( yes he somehow survived, and was released from the hospital on January26) contacted No No No.com, that we ended up receiving $449.13 from airbnb as a courtesy. While we thank airbnb for the $449.13, it does not cover the money that we lost on the Tucson booking. I would think that airbnb would have shown a little more integrity in dealing with us in this situation. I also pointed out to airbnb that my children and I spent $7000.00 on airbnbs while we were staying in Fargo to be with our husband/dad. It didn't seem to make a difference to them.... My husband is still recovering, but when he is able to travel again, we will be using vrbo from now on!

I made a 180 dollar order from a local pizza place, ( mamma celests gastropub Sparks Nevada 89436. Never ever have I made such an order, but I have friends and family over, several items were completely blown, to include a side of soup, dumped on top of a sandwich. When I called the owner/manager could not be reached, I could hear the parties speaking to one another, saying “ what should I tell him”. Staff was incredibly rude, when I brought items back, owner insisted I speak to him outside, or not at all, put his hands on me. Postmates driver was great. I would like a full refund, worst experience of food delivery I have ever had

Hello, I'm a disabled person. Yesterday I was trying to order some cigarettes, as Postmates CLAIM they deliver whatever you want. I mistakenly pushed pickup but quickly cancelled yet my money is still showing missing from my PayPal account. This is like the 4th time I've had a issue with Postmates & I'm not happy at all with this service. I will be filing a claim & contacting BBB, FTC, & A news channel in regard to this unprofessionalism, false advertising, misleading company!!!
