The outcome of my case was good. Choice Home Waranty agree to pay out so I could call my own technician. I didn’t however like the amount of time it took to receive the check. The check came 27 days after it was approved.

Lowes, after 2-1/2 months of not having a washer, finally replaced the washer. Originally, I was told that since I had not use a Lowes Credit Card, nothing could be done. So I thank NoNoNo for their assistance.

They eventually refunded my money. I am 58 years old, I have NEVER had anything remotely like this in my life. Not only were BOTH toys destroyed, they were LATE and one was not even in its original box. It was delivered in a huge bag. Broken into pieces. Not only was our great nephew devastated, our niece had to take time out of her busy schedule to physically return the toys to a Walmart near her because the one didn’t come with a box!!! Then, since I used my card for the purchase, Walmart took its time to issue the refund. To ME!!! Why didn’t they give our niece the money? Or a store credit of some type? Then she could have bought the 5-yr old something else! Best case scenario would have been for them to exchange the items for ones not destroyed. Or better yet, ship them in something more than a BAG!!!

New applied nordstrom credit card is having issue which makes me lose the opportunity to have early access to purchase my items in the wish list which were in stock at first. Extremely bad experience for credit card application. If i knew it would happen, will never apply for Nordstrom credit card.

Hello, I purchased a product that was poorly packaged and damaged in transit. I reached out to Nordstrom to set up a return and was told they will not mail a return label, and that I need to wait for stores to re-open to return this item if I don't own a printer, which I do not. This is not acceptable as this item is now charged to my credit card indefinitely. I am requesting a return label be mailed to me. I've spoken with a supervisor as well that was less than accommodating. I understand that business is affected by COVID-19, but that doesn't mean I should be on the hook for Nordstrom's poor shipping and customer service inadequacies. If that cannot be done, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Thank you

I ordered merchandise on 3-12. It was sent to Oregon and not TN where I now.live despite me calling to correct within a few hours. They said it was taken care of and wouldnt be an issue. When i checked tracking it was sent to UPS warehouse in Medford OR and was told to 'hold' it there. It was returned and received Mar 30, 2020. I checked online tracking and it said return requested. I contacted chat and she ended chat when i told her she already had info with my order number!. Previous chats I was told a supv would contact me within 5 min. They hung up when i said hello. I have been lied to and deceived. No one has been accountable for the mistake and there has been no resolution or attempt at one. If they knew they were having order retd to them why was my $ not returned?? I consider this THEFT. I have NEVER had such horrendous customer service in my life. I want my money back , answers and or my merchandise!!!

I did a online pick up I drove 20-30 minutes away the lady that gave me my item was rude I didn’t get her name.. she gave me my item I noticed the fragrance was really strong I didn’t mind I thought all fragrance come like that my husband opened it and it was leaking everywhere I spent 100 dollars on this for it to be leaking and ruined and they can’t do anything about it I can’t go outside due to coronavirus I’m pregnant and can’t go out of my way to get infected due to your workers not knowing how to pick an item.

Hi, I purchased an Under Armour woven pants from Nordstrom late last year and have been very disappointed with the quality of the product. The pant did not last even one wash and is now completely covered with Pills. I have been a regular shopper at Nordstrom and believe that the quality of products Nordstrom sells is superior to that sold by many other stores. But this product did not meet my expectations. I'll therefore appreciate it if you could either refund the money or send me a replacement for the same.
