We had ordered a backboard set from Walmart for $250, marked down from $600+. Unfortunately the old adage if it sounds too good to be true than it probably is. I honestly do not think they had the backboard advertised in their warehouse because they sent us the wrong item twice. After about 6 phone calls and getting "No, No, No" involved I was issued my refund and they chose not to pick up the wrong backboard and told me to throw them away or to donate them. I deal with Walmart all the time but this was my first issue like this.

I had a issue with DoorDash delivery. I didn’t get my order, it was delivered to someone else. I have been using DoorDash service for over two years and never had an issue, until recently. My order was over $80.00 and when I contacted DoorDash, the representatives gave me the round around and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said not available now, was told a supervisor will call me, but never did. I kept receiving emails indicating, I won’t be getting my refund, due to too many cancellations. Which DoorDash canceled my orders due to no drivers available. I was so frustrated, I contacted No, no, no service. I have never used this service and was skeptical. I was really impressed i got a response from Jack right away. Very professional and very helpful and very pleased with the results.

Netflix has been taken money for my account for the past 18 months. In June 2017 I disconnected my satellite internet, I did not call Ian anything to Netflix out of ignorance of my own I did not know I had to do that. I got internet and TV again December 7th 2018 the service man that was here hooked up my Roku and there was Netflix, I was going through my bank account and I noticed that they've been taking it out for the past 18 months ,I did not know that or I would have stopped it sooner. I called customer service talk with somebody they gave me their supervisor his name was Curtis I believe and he was very rude he absolutely refused to do anything said that he can't ,he got rude I got rude, I hung up the phone got home that night and Netflix was canceled on my TV. I called back customer service the next day talked to a young man he gave me another supervisor which was a woman. She said that I had called in and told them to block my card and the service was discontinued, that was not true I did not do that. She told me the only things you could do for me was to restart Netflix and give me one month free. I told her that was unacceptable. All I want is to have credit for the next 18 months that I have already paid for. If that can't be done and you would rather have me not as a customer. I would rather have my money reimbursed it to my banking account. Nothing more nothing less only what I've paid for. I think y'all motto is give credit where credit's due

Whenever I use the Netflix app on my Xbox one X, the app forces my TV to auto adjust to HDR and makes the picture look horrible. I mean so bad you can notice it with any scene and even in the menu of Netflix. The moment I leave the app my tv goes back to normal and bright and clear. Please fix this issue. For people like me who have a HDR tv and Xbox this makes netflix on the Xbox horrible. Without changing my settings if I use my TVs Netflix app, the picture apears much much brighter and true to colors. This needs to be fixed soon.
