An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

I was ordering two items and try to use my star pass which I got in the mail,Dated from NOW - 06/27/21 but it wouldn’t go through so I did the next best thing and I called customer service I gave her my order of $150.00 worth of merchandise and also gave her my star pass code which didn’t go through as well so long story short I gave the representative 3 other star pass code and it was a no go buy this time my blood is boiling because according to the representative the pass code weren’t working because the items were already on sale .......Oh hell NOOOO because the reward card stated 25% off on select REG-PRICED,SALE and CLEARANCE -WTFis wrong with this Sh@t can somebody tell me !!

macy has not help with my lost package should got on august 10 i have received package its 2 day late no update no help very macy bad customer service very upset right now and post office not help me either

I placed an order in March for a perfume set. When i received the order 1 of the items in the set was not what i ordered. I called, spoke to a representative, andche told me that he was going to send me the lotion that was supposed to have been in the set. When i received it, it was the same item that i received in the set that i ordered previously. I did sent several emails to Macy's, and no one responded to me. While waiting for the shipping label to be sent to me, i received many emails from Macy's to return the set, but no one responded to my complaint. I am tired of these rude customer service representatives. I just spoke to one, by the name of Ricardo, Monday August 3, 2020 at 1:32 P.M., after courteously, and professionally explaining the situation about 5 times to Ricardo, he put my call back in the que for me to wait for another representative. How rude, ignorant, and disrespectful he was. He is not the only one. There have been others just like him. I need this to be handled in a professional manner.

I placed an order on July 10, with a delivery date of July 17.It has never arrived, but I have been billed for it. I have called multiple times, waiting more than 1 hour each time, and finally got an automated voice telling me the order would be replaced. It hasn't. I have filed an online dispute with Macy's, but have not received the courtesy of a reply. Customer service wait times are in excess of 1 hour. I am currently on line waiting with Macy's credit dept, with an estimated wait time of 1 hour.

Hello, I've purchased Chanel # 5 Eau De Parfume 3.4 oz (100 ml) today , July 18 2020. Paid around $145 for it. I bought it at Macy's Westfield North County Mall in Escondido, CA. When I got home, I noticed that Chanel box has no plastic wrapping on it. It was no seal of any kind on the box. I took the bottle out and cap opened easily. Also box had line like mark in the middle. After I sprayed parfume, I could barely smell anything, it had no strong smell, which I would expect to have, when paying $140+ for a bottle. I have seriouse concern, if this parfume is authentic. Looks like someone's return. Maybe, bottle was replaced with conterfeit bottle? I never heard that this luxury parfumes would come without the plastic wrapping or any other seal. It was my husband's gift for my BDay. I did not want to take a chance and buy Chanel from Ebay, not to get fake one.Instead, I went to expensive and reputable store like Macy's to buy 100% authentic parfume. Very dissapointed... I live far from any Macy's and dont know what to do now. Please, advise.
