After three days ...about 2 hours per day of being shuttled about... between 5-7 so called representatives...being told that someone would call.....NOT! One call to No No No.......a few hours later ...a call from a Sears Supervisor....problem solved...they will honor the Contract.

The outcome of my case was good. Choice Home Waranty agree to pay out so I could call my own technician. I didn’t however like the amount of time it took to receive the check. The check came 27 days after it was approved.

Lowes, after 2-1/2 months of not having a washer, finally replaced the washer. Originally, I was told that since I had not use a Lowes Credit Card, nothing could be done. So I thank NoNoNo for their assistance.

They eventually refunded my money. I am 58 years old, I have NEVER had anything remotely like this in my life. Not only were BOTH toys destroyed, they were LATE and one was not even in its original box. It was delivered in a huge bag. Broken into pieces. Not only was our great nephew devastated, our niece had to take time out of her busy schedule to physically return the toys to a Walmart near her because the one didn’t come with a box!!! Then, since I used my card for the purchase, Walmart took its time to issue the refund. To ME!!! Why didn’t they give our niece the money? Or a store credit of some type? Then she could have bought the 5-yr old something else! Best case scenario would have been for them to exchange the items for ones not destroyed. Or better yet, ship them in something more than a BAG!!!

I am spending a lot of time in the last days trying to explain why can't I get the same rate I got from booking.com. I was using hyatt messenger service and also through email. I made 2 reservations to the Hyatt Centric times square between the 16Aug to 22Aug for a 2 Queen City view room: one at booking and the other at hyatt app. The 2 reservations were confirmed few minutes away. I prefer doing business with Hyatt and I am a world of hyatt member a long time. I was trying to explain this, but nobody cared. The price difference is around 300$. I suggested 2 solutions: one, to use the booking reservation, but get the hyatt member benefits (like points credit and so on). and second, to lower the hyatt price. I filled a "best rate guarantee form" and it was rejected for some reasons that I don't understand. The Hyatt confirmation number is: 38741584. The Booking confirmation number is: 38737989. My world of hyatt member number is: 527300210A. Hope you can end this saga. Thanks.

I’m checked in at hotel the room is wrong room and dirty carpet . I ask The front desk . She had me waiting and was very nonchalant. I joined as member and this how I’m made feel stereotype from the color of my skin. I’m greatly offended. As I spoke to the reservations and ask to please request nice room and she did . Cat at front desk didn’t think I was good enough for a clean room , nor did she value my time . Starting my stay off pretty rocky Hyatt river front

I have been staying in the hyatt hotel (50 forbes road braintree for the past 20 years (previous owner.the Sheridan ) i came back to the hotel last night with my family.who are also residence and we decided to sit and have a chat for a few minutes before bed when the receptiones informed us we were not allowed to sit in the lounge , i was very upset by this and asked him for an explanation why and he just said im not allowing it , my honest opinion was because we.had Irish accents he took exception to us , regardless of the fact that our stay will cost me personally.four thousand dollars Hyatt hotel 59 forbes road bosten

The manager of the front desk (I think her name is Nichole) she is rude and unrespecfull person. Also she is have discrimination. I don't think because she is manager she have to think that she is better that anybody. I saw her walk in on the lobby without to be polite of the employee that don't work there. She is really rude and unprofessional. She isn't better that anyone. She is a simple employee that have a supervisor position. Hyatt place hotel lake buena Vista
