We had ordered a backboard set from Walmart for $250, marked down from $600+. Unfortunately the old adage if it sounds too good to be true than it probably is. I honestly do not think they had the backboard advertised in their warehouse because they sent us the wrong item twice. After about 6 phone calls and getting "No, No, No" involved I was issued my refund and they chose not to pick up the wrong backboard and told me to throw them away or to donate them. I deal with Walmart all the time but this was my first issue like this.

I had a issue with DoorDash delivery. I didn’t get my order, it was delivered to someone else. I have been using DoorDash service for over two years and never had an issue, until recently. My order was over $80.00 and when I contacted DoorDash, the representatives gave me the round around and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said not available now, was told a supervisor will call me, but never did. I kept receiving emails indicating, I won’t be getting my refund, due to too many cancellations. Which DoorDash canceled my orders due to no drivers available. I was so frustrated, I contacted No, no, no service. I have never used this service and was skeptical. I was really impressed i got a response from Jack right away. Very professional and very helpful and very pleased with the results.

Issued cash for phone replacement to buy my own. This case did have a bit of back and forth however was resolved within approximately 7 to 10 days. Using the service NoNo to escalate gets your request to the folks that will make decisions regarding your complaint. This is my 3rd time using and havent been disappointed.

Have been waiting a week for a response from HWA on the status of my claim. According to one of the supervisors in their customer service department, there should have been a 24-48 hours return response time expected. I have been waiting since Tuesday, 4/28/2020 at 11:21 am. No one from HWA has attempted to contact me. I was on hold for 3 hours and 30 monutes today and was told that my claim would be expedited. They then hung up on my as I waited.

Our air conditioning unit went out on 5/21/2018. I filed a claim with hwa. The first technician that came out misdiagnosed the unit & put a temporary fix on it that lasted a whopping 3 weeks. Hwa at the time had no service techs in my area, so i was told either find my own or wait on them. After filing the claim 18 days later i was contacted by M & I to come out & diagnose the issue, refered by HWA. I took off a half day & waitedfor them, they never showed up. I contacted another heat & air company Dwight Gold HVAC #0152000 ph # 501 676 1348 & he came out & spent approx 4-1/2 hours diagnosing both of my air units. His diagnosis was outdoor ac multiple leaks, valves leaking,condenser coil leak, high head pressure, compressor noise,evaporator coil leaking & drain pan rust out. We hired him to replace the unit & coil as we had no air with pets & kids. We were lucky we were able to get a loan from the bank to cover the cost. We are billed 84.23/ monthly by HWA. It is now August 17th & after hours on the phone , numerous emails, conversations with supervisors. Dwight Gold was even contacted by them & he explained everything to them about the old unit & the new replacement unit. The bill for the new unit was 4578.00. I want reimbursement for that, the 1/2 day of work their tech stood me up on & the 5-7 hours i have been on phone calls with no resolution to date. Craig Finn 501 231 1283
