After three days ...about 2 hours per day of being shuttled about... between 5-7 so called representatives...being told that someone would call.....NOT! One call to No No No.......a few hours later ...a call from a Sears Supervisor....problem solved...they will honor the Contract.

The outcome of my case was good. Choice Home Waranty agree to pay out so I could call my own technician. I didn’t however like the amount of time it took to receive the check. The check came 27 days after it was approved.

Lowes, after 2-1/2 months of not having a washer, finally replaced the washer. Originally, I was told that since I had not use a Lowes Credit Card, nothing could be done. So I thank NoNoNo for their assistance.

They eventually refunded my money. I am 58 years old, I have NEVER had anything remotely like this in my life. Not only were BOTH toys destroyed, they were LATE and one was not even in its original box. It was delivered in a huge bag. Broken into pieces. Not only was our great nephew devastated, our niece had to take time out of her busy schedule to physically return the toys to a Walmart near her because the one didn’t come with a box!!! Then, since I used my card for the purchase, Walmart took its time to issue the refund. To ME!!! Why didn’t they give our niece the money? Or a store credit of some type? Then she could have bought the 5-yr old something else! Best case scenario would have been for them to exchange the items for ones not destroyed. Or better yet, ship them in something more than a BAG!!!

I was dropping of my Son at his job today and the Older man that works during the afternoon came up to me and started yelling at me about not coming through a certain area of the parking lot which I did not do. He also said I speed through that same area which is also a lie because I have dash cam video that can prove that not true. Being it was my son's first day of orientation, I was not familiar with the distribution center but I did drop him off in front next to the security guard office in which he came out and spoke with me and asked me if I was going to park and I said no an my son told him he was there for orientation. So the security guard was well aware I pulled up right next to him Not Speeding! Then when he came up to me right now to let me know about that day, he started yelling at me with the most aggressive behavior making me cry in front of my son while he was getting out of the car. I was not even aloud to say anything cause he kept cutting out from saying anything. I told him I did not speec through any area and ask another security guard if I could park in a certain area an he said he didn't care! Don't do it again! I was like I didn't do anything?? So I asked him for his company He worked for or manager and He told me he wasn't going to give it to me I have to go find out that information in the home chef office. He started writing down my license plate because I was on the phone with the 1877 home chef representative Samone telling her what was going on and the security was still threating me through my car window saying he was going to send me to jail for being parked in home chef parking lot while I was trying to talk to Samone on the phone. I never thought such terrible customer service from a security company that worked for home chef would treat people this way. I don't want to ever see that guard again because I feel threatened by his behavior and I don't know what else he will say or do. I can't even drop of my son to work not knowing what I'm suppose to do just so I can avoid the guard. If you want to see any truth to how I pulled in to the parking or on how he was taking to me so rudely I have everything on my dash cam. I apologize if I didn't know where I was suppose to park but I did not speed through and truck areas that his saying I did. Thank you.

my name is Sharon Campbell. A box of food was delivered to my door. I did not order this. please have someone pick it up or give me instructions how to return this product without shipping and handling costs! thankyou

I have not received the meals I ordered last Friday. They are normally delivered on Wednesday. I have received several emails from Fed Ex saying that my order is out for delivery, but I have not received the package. I received another email this morning, but the meals have been in transit too long. If they come in today, I will be very leary of preparing them since they will not be cold
