Door Dash did not resolve the problem and refused to refund my account even though their Dasher ate from our food. I had to get PayPal, BBB, and Nonono to get the account refunded.

An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

I am extremely frustrated with the way Door Dash handles my complaint when I called. I ordered some wings from wings stop and the wings were undercooked when it got delivered to my residence. The meat was slightly red inside and i threw it in the trash. I would have gotten food poisoning if i would have eaten it. On top of that, I did not even get my carrots or sprite with my order and i paid for that as well. Door Dash told me that i am a loyal customer but they could not over rude the system to give me a credit due to my precious credits they gave me in the past that was not my fault. It was due to the poor quality of food from the restaurant being undercooked. I am extremely upset and told them i was going to revoke my membership.

DoorDash Sales Department is the most unprofessional and disgusting delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. The entire DoorDash Sales Department has been disrespectful to me.When I 1st called for a partnership for my business, I got transferred to the sales department. As soon as they pick up you can hear noise, people joking in the background, they have given me attitude when I asked about the process to contract with them. When I ask to speak to a manager they give me the runaround. They hang up on me every time they do not want to answer a question or when I mention the name of my business. I could not believe the amount of blatant disrespect they were giving me. It has been 3 MONTHS dealing with this. I have called 30 TIMES over that time span and even yesterday and THE EXACT SAME TREATMENT. This issue has not been resolved and not to mention every call is recorded of the sales team disrespectfully yelling and hanging up on me. This is a joke to them. My company is a 5 star business and this is how DoorDash treats and turns away potential clients. If I do not receive an answer from the corporate about the behaviour and mistreatment from their sales team I will report this company to Google and all media platforms including the news media about this.

I didn’t want to dash pass at all and for some reason it says I got it and charged me &96! Could I please have my money back? I didn’t want it in the first place.
