The outcome of my case was good. Choice Home Waranty agree to pay out so I could call my own technician. I didn’t however like the amount of time it took to receive the check. The check came 27 days after it was approved.

Lowes, after 2-1/2 months of not having a washer, finally replaced the washer. Originally, I was told that since I had not use a Lowes Credit Card, nothing could be done. So I thank NoNoNo for their assistance.

They eventually refunded my money. I am 58 years old, I have NEVER had anything remotely like this in my life. Not only were BOTH toys destroyed, they were LATE and one was not even in its original box. It was delivered in a huge bag. Broken into pieces. Not only was our great nephew devastated, our niece had to take time out of her busy schedule to physically return the toys to a Walmart near her because the one didn’t come with a box!!! Then, since I used my card for the purchase, Walmart took its time to issue the refund. To ME!!! Why didn’t they give our niece the money? Or a store credit of some type? Then she could have bought the 5-yr old something else! Best case scenario would have been for them to exchange the items for ones not destroyed. Or better yet, ship them in something more than a BAG!!!

I am very disappointed that this location discriminated against me and my service animal. Me, my husband, and my service went into this location to get some food because my husband is active duty military and they had a 50% off for veterans and active duty. When we got into the restaurant they location was dirty. There was a bottle of cleaning stray on the counter near the food. One of the employees tried to tell my service animal to stop barking. He said it in such a rude way. Then the manager came out from the back and tried to kick us out. That was totally discrimination as my service animal had on her vest and I have her badge and her certificate. It really hurt my feelings and I and my husband definitely be escalating this complaint. We ended up not getting anything from the restaurant as they made us completely uncomfortable. This is totally unacceptable!

Ordered an online pick up through playmates. #359 at 6575 n Decatur blvd Placed the order March 29th at 1230. At first it stated ready at 1249. Then rebooted and said 1:18. The worker kept coming out and asking our name. It was unclear about our order then the manager can and said that they found it under postmates. Said it would be another 7 mins. Time we actually got our food was 1:33. No apology just said yes, we are really busy.. Insult to injury; paid extra for extra meat and my tostada was made incorrect and no extra meat.
