On December 31, 2022 Best buy Sales Representative had to be convinced to keep his appointment to present a sound system involving the new Sonos application. After purchasing the Sonos item we established a install date of 1/21/.23. We received three confirmation emails at grauscott1@gmail.com and we had a contract to confirm this appointment, emails were also sent to my wife as well. At no time did we receive any changes by phone, email or any contact from the store in Wilmington Delaware or from the sales representative or the Sales Manager. We went into the store today and only receive excuses without any type of understanding from the sales manager or other employees or compensation. We only received that the date changed to February 11, 2023 without any official notification. The installation is in southern Delaware 2 an half hour drive away and I waited for over 6 hours to welcome the installer on 1/21/23. As you can tell No Best Buy staff failed to show up and no phone calls or emails. I do have 1 eamils confirming my intinial appointment and 3 for the install appointment. I took a vacation day from work to be at the at my Delaware appointment and spent 5 hours driving with gas and tolls too and from my shore home. I believe compsation should be in order, as I host well over 400 people a day at my resturant and golf course year round and address my customers ontime and in a very courteous professional manner day in and day out!. Pick up order given to wrong person - store refused to refund or provide replacement

Hello I am having issues with a store pick up order for the past 2months. I placed an order for pick up from the Best Buy in Gainesville , fl on 11/22/2020. The next day I wanted to cancel the order as I found it at a better price at the actual Store. When I tried to cancel the pick up order I noticed it said picked up . Alerted as I never picked up the order I contacted you all at which you all told me I have to try to work it out with the store . The store is located 3hrs away from me and you all informed me that it had to be handled by the store . I went up to the store and they said they would contact me . That contact never came so I contacted you all and you all said the store said it was picked up and signed for by someone and they will not help in this situation . I am beyond baffled as I never authorize no one but myself to pick up the order . It has been this constant run around with you all . I have been lied to multiple times with agents saying that the refund is processing , they have put in a refund for the troubles I have been having with this situation and have confirmed with my bank that no refund was ever sent to them nor have they been in communication with you all. I am tried of how this situation is being treated and just want my money back for the item I never got nor authorize for anyone to pick up. The store needs to get their system together and check identification . I have went to the police like you al told me and they told me I would have to work it out the company which is you all , I can’t keep continuing to go to the store as it is far and nothing is being resolved. Thank you I see that many are having the same problem was well with their order being give to someone else and the stores refuses to do anything as it is their mistake . I have been on multiple calls at which many agents either couldn’t help , made false promises or just rudely hung up . Very disappointed
