An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

Hello I am having issues with a store pick up order for the past 2months. I placed an order for pick up from the Best Buy in Gainesville , fl on 11/22/2020. The next day I wanted to cancel the order as I found it at a better price at the actual Store. When I tried to cancel the pick up order I noticed it said picked up . Alerted as I never picked up the order I contacted you all at which you all told me I have to try to work it out with the store . The store is located 3hrs away from me and you all informed me that it had to be handled by the store . I went up to the store and they said they would contact me . That contact never came so I contacted you all and you all said the store said it was picked up and signed for by someone and they will not help in this situation . I am beyond baffled as I never authorize no one but myself to pick up the order . It has been this constant run around with you all . I have been lied to multiple times with agents saying that the refund is processing , they have put in a refund for the troubles I have been having with this situation and have confirmed with my bank that no refund was ever sent to them nor have they been in communication with you all. I am tried of how this situation is being treated and just want my money back for the item I never got nor authorize for anyone to pick up. The store needs to get their system together and check identification . I have went to the police like you al told me and they told me I would have to work it out the company which is you all , I can’t keep continuing to go to the store as it is far and nothing is being resolved. Thank you I see that many are having the same problem was well with their order being give to someone else and the stores refuses to do anything as it is their mistake . I used four $100 Best Buy gift cards to purchase a laptop. Although the order initially went through without a problem, I then received an email saying one of the gift cards failed authorization and that I had an outstanding balance of $96.35. However, the gift card that failed authorization was charged this amount and was left with a balance of $3.65. After spending hours unsuccessfully trying to authorize the payment, I cancelled the order and the three other gift cards were immediately refunded. However, the one that failed authorization was not, so Best Buy still owes me $96.35. I have spent more hours on the phone trying to get a new electronic gift card issued without success.

The technical support guy at the Geek Squad price gouged me told me I did not have insurance to cover my damaged phone which I do , charged me for insurance again ..lied to me and did not let me leave the store with the new phone I bought...also when I asked about the data I need on my old phone ,he lied told me it takes time did not wipe the phone and asked me specifically for MY BANK ACCOUNT PIN # then the next day he told me he needed the old phones code AND that I could not leave the phone until this was straightened out ..I told him forget the data swap ..I am leaving with the phone I bought he told me sorry they could not help me and he still had not wiped the old phone clean as he showed me ..

Bought Motorola Gpower at Best Buy,3 mos ago,insured with Geek Squad.Yesterday,shattered it..took it to Best Buy..got totally ripped off..spent 2 or more hours being lied to and ripped off. Was told I had to buy a new phone plus maybe they could save my data..was given the run around..was told in store exchanges don't exist but that I was not to leave the store with my newly bought phone Quote unquote.

I purchase 75inch tv from Besy Buy for $699.00 woodmore store, on 11/30/20 my husband hire 2 men to install the tv on wall; when they took the tv out of the box and mount the tv; the tv will not come on. They notice an indentation on the tv, so my husband and I return the tv on 12/4/20 to the same store that I purchased of the floor. That was the last tv. The manager assumed and refused to refund the tv or give us a replaced tv. He say it was my loss and the two men we hired broke the tv. I am out of $699, I hv no tv and the tv is still in Best Buy store. Please help me get a replaced tv or fix the tv that is broke. I am a retired veteran and live on a fix income.
