I'm surprised how careless Bed Bath & Beyond has been. I get no call, no response, no answers. I absolutely will never shop there ever again at any location and I will do my best to make sure my loved ones don't either. I'm out almost $300 now. All I wanted was to exchange the foot & calf massager for one that works since the one I have is defective.

Within 24 hours of submitting my complaint on NONONO bed Bath and beyond contacted me and resolved the issue that took me four years to get fixed. I highly suggest using this if anyone is ever in need.

There was never a resolution to my problems.nobody called to try to resolve it.they play death and ignore my legitimate claim.
