NoNoNo got my service and billing issues to the people they needed to get to be resolved and they were! It was money well spent to get the outcome I received (service completed and a sizable refund).

Got a response within 2 hours of posting complaint and 15 minutes later, we had access to our e-mail account.

I did not have much hope when i first contacted No No No--i was just desperate. Our good credit was in jeopardy and we might have to pay a $1300 phone bill (which we could not afford) for phone calls someone else made on other phones (never our #)to the Dominican Republic. AT&T customer service told us that the bill was in the "disputed" file, but it was still our bill and they wanted it paid while they "investigated." Week after week nothing changed. I worried for my 79-year-old husband's health as he became more and more troubled by this situation. Enter our friends at No No No. They immediately sent a letter. The office of the president at AT&T called soon thereafter. And they kept calling until they reached my husband. And just like that it was over! Kudos to this wonderful company and their excellent compassionate service. We are so forever grateful to them. I can't believe they do this for free.

After you have resolved your complaint, we will ask you to write a resolution review based on the outcome of the resolution. This approach incentivizes AT&T to resolve your issue and your resolution review helps other consumers more than 'regular reviews' that don’t close the loop.
