After spending countless hours on hold and on transfers with ADT with no resolution, I contacted No No No. After 3 business days had still not heard from ADT so I let them know and was contacted by ADT within 2 hours with complete resolution to my issues. Highly recommended!

I filed a complaint with the BBB and there was absolutely no response. After contacting NO NO NO, they contacted ADT upper management and spurred them to review and correct their oversight.

I was directed to the sales department to update my account information with the correct information and reinstate my cancelled account.

ADT is terrible and that’s the last time I’ll ever speak of that companies name. Thanks to NoNoNo I was able to get help out of my contract that was supposed to be “6 month money back” and it was literally impossible to cancel and they tried to extend my complaints outside 6 months so I was out of contract. This service was by far worth the money.

I want to thank no no no for ensuring that ADT responded to my complaint. I was pleasantly surprised that they responded within 24 hours! I’m sincerely apologetic to ADT for my error in accusing them. I’m very happy that my items were found!! Thank you again very much for no no no’s outstanding service.

An executive resolutions representative reached out to me after lodging my complaint with NoNoNo and handled my issues to my satisfaction. I do wish it had not come to me filing a complaint of this sort but it does seem to have got the attention my issue deserved. I consider my case resolved at this point. I was able to have American Home Shield call me and try to resolve all the issues. This was the first time I felt like anyone listened to me. While the majority of our issues were solved with a second opinion, we were able to give feedback and also offered a credit for all our troubles. So, this really was helpful!

My main problem with ADT is they installed new Box in my garage because we had communication problem and they are supposed to take care of it so ADT installed a new box in my Garage 7 months ago. The battery in that Box should last at least 5 years but it went bad in 7 months. I paid for the battery $32.80 and asking ADT to send technician to install it but they say I have to pay $140.00 for technician to install. I said your new box battery should last 5 years and it went bad in 7 months so they should install not charging me. I paid for the battery $32.80. They tried to walk me thru but it was difficult for me to understand so now there will be video call set up on October 4th which I am sure will be difficult for me to follow. All I need a technician come and install battery not charging me since they just 7 months ago installed new box and battery should not go bad in 7 months.

we have been trying to repair our alarm system for 3 weeks thru adt. After many hours on the phone and over 7 employees, we have spoken with in which 3 of the seven who can hardly speak English. we have been lied to hung up on and promised a callback on getting a specialist to repair our system. we have asked to talk to a supervisor but to no avail. in our contract, it states that adt will improve the system within a specific time. this has to be the worst alarm service out there. my email is email@example.com

The system they put in does not work properly. I have tried to get this matter solved but no help. They took my wired system out that worked and replaced it with theirs but it’s not working to protect my garage. I am 75 years old Iwant them to fix third or replace mys.

To whom it may concern, My home is located in Colorado Springs, CO off Napa Drive. We had a salesperson trespass on our property, wave at our (ADT) cameras, walk onto our porch and ring our (ADT) doorbell that is located right next to a very clear “no soliciting” sign. We had MANY neighbors who had the same issue happen (both current ADT customer and not). Please make sure to teach your salesman laws and common courtesies about not blatantly ignoring “no soliciting” signage on someone’s private property. Thank you.

On Sept 2021 I’ve called about an issue with my devices being offline. They have transferred me so many times for the same issue. I have not connected or have yet to fully get my equipment properly working. I’ve called to cancelled my unused account and was informed about the Early Termination Fee of $800 plus. No service, Early Termination Fee, worst customer service support ever, but all these issues occurred when I switched from Regular ADT that I had for 3 years to Blue by ADT. Could some please assist me with this.
