No 24/7 service for refrigerator

I called for a repair on my refrigerator sears home warranty.I reported that it was not cooling 2may. I was scheduled for 12may appointment. I called back to escalate to emergency on the 9th May. I also chatted with a representative who stated that the service call had been escalated But I never got a call from service provider and chatter would not give me the service provider number. At this time all contents of refrigerator is spoiled. I called again transferred several time to someone I couldn’t understand and another person Edith a manager still no service. I called back to cancel the service call due no response and everything in my fridge spoiled to get my service call payment refund I was transferred 4 times before I got someone to refund my money and to get an address to express my anger for the no service in timely manner. Each call mention that due to Covid there is a delay in service and supply. We all know that but there was no consideration for the customer in emergency situations due to Covid. I had to purchase A refrigerator. I would like a portion of that refunded to me similar to the item I lost due its failure and your no 24/7 service Sears home warranty. I am requesting a amount of $600.00 That is at least half the cost of my refrigerator I purchased. I got a refrigerator that is similar to what I lost. Due to service not provided in a 24/7 time frame due to your Covid explanation on all your phone messages. I have called several times and your customer service people have called me after the two emails I have sent for assistance and complaints. I was given a wrong email address and transfers a total of 6 times on one call speaking to at least 5 different people from assistants to case managers to resolve my issue. That call lasted over an hour in transferring retaking the information and finally get a point of contact. Some of the people didn’t know who the CEO name was nor corporate headquarter email. I have been with this home warrant for 8 years and I have paid a lot of my hard earn money into this program I just want something back because someone dropped the ball on my emergency situation even after chatting and calling.
